Returns & Refunds
At RePet, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you no longer require the item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.repet@gmail.com, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once we have reviewed your claim, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws, repair, replace, or refund the affected item.
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Pet food, treats, catnip, and other consumable products.
- Opened grooming or personal care products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale or clearance items.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
